Position Overview
Join Mark and Sylvie's Home Care, a subsidiary of Atticus Health, to provide exceptional home care services to elderly patients. We are seeking a dedicated Full‐Time Gardener to support clients in Bayside, Dandenong and the Mornington Peninsula.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‐quality garden maintenance services for elderly clients in Bayside, Dandenong and Mornington Peninsula.
- Work independently and as part of a team to ensure gardens are well‐maintained and safe.
- Utilise gardening expertise to enhance the beauty of clients' outdoor spaces.
Requirements
- Experience in maintenance and gardening (1 year preferred).
- Own tools and vehicle, including a trailer.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Recent police check preferred.
- Smartphone for communication and scheduling.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work authorisation in Australia.
Benefits
- Market‐competitive salary based on experience: $40.00‐$45.00 per hour.
- Full‐time, permanent position with regular hours (minimum 38 per week).

Schedule & Location
Monday to Friday, weekend availability. In‐person work at client locations with travel up to 25% of time.
