About The Role

The role will primarily focus on outpatient services, with opportunities to contribute to inpatient care and fracture clinics as needed. You'll be working within a recently redeveloped facility, featuring a modern, well‐equipped Physiotherapy department designed to support high‐quality care delivery. The successful applicant will join a small, supportive Physiotherapy team, with additional guidance and collaboration available from Physiotherapists across the broader HNELHD network. You'll also work closely alongside a range of health professionals within a friendly, multidisciplinary team that values collaboration, shared learning, and quality patient care. There are strong opportunities for ongoing education and professional development within HNELHD, supporting both your clinical growth and longer‐term career progression.

About You

We're looking for a dedicated clinician ready for their next career step in a rewarding and supportive environment. The successful candidate will be a qualified Physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration and Authority to Practice. You will be confident working autonomously, with a strong background in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, and bring a collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team. You will demonstrate highly developed verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to adapt your communication style to suit a range of audiences. You will also have proven capability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team to manage complex clinical situations. In addition, you will demonstrate the ability to contribute to or lead the planning and evaluation of team activities, supporting continuous improvement and high‐quality patient care.
