We’re looking for an Admin Superstar to join our growing team and play a key role making homes more comfortable, efficient and compliant — without the fuss. We’re a local team of experienced insulation specialists who provide ceiling and underfloor solutions tailored to the ACT’s unique (let's be real: FREEZING!) climate.

About the Role

This is a customer-facing administrative role where you’ll manage the end-to-end workflow of jobs, ensuring everything runs smoothly from first enquiry through to completion.

You’ll be the glue that holds operations together.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing inbound customer enquiries (phone & email)

* Booking and coordinating insulation assessments and quotes

* Scheduling installation jobs efficiently across Canberra

* Liaising with customers, installers, and suppliers

* Preparing and issuing invoices via Xero

* Managing post-job follow-ups and customer feedback

* Problem-solving and handling scheduling changes with professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

This role suits someone who is organised, proactive, and customer-focussed.

You’ll bring:

* Proven experience in an administrative or scheduling role

* Excellent communication skills (phone and written)

* Strong organisational and time management skills

* Ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks

* A calm, solutions-focused mindset under pressure

* A positive, can-do attitude.

Bonus Points If You:
* Are familiar with Canberra suburbs (from Dunlop to Fadden and everywhere in between)

* Have experience in trades, construction, or service-based businesses

* Enjoy improving systems and processes.
