Your new role:
* Support our customers via phone and email
* Build and maintain long term relationships with customers
* Maintain and regularly update work registers and compliance registers.
* Effectively schedule and monitor workflow tasks to ensure timely completion.
* Generate and report on backlogs, as well as completed work tasks, to track progress.
* Input purchase orders into the system
* Distribution of mail and updating all noticeboards with KPI statistics
* Process quotations, billing, invoicing and reporting
* Monitor and record stock delivery lead times
* Receive and expedite parts and goods receipting
* Process stock transfers
* Complete daily administrative tasks independently
About you:
* Customer service/sales support capacity
* Excellent problem solving and time management skills
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Well-developed computer skills microsoft Office
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
* Ability to maintain a neat and well organised work environment
