Customer Service Officer - HUME, ACT

**About the opportunity**:
Our facility based in HUME, ACT is currently seeking an experienced, positive, and motivated Customer Service Officer whose expertise and guidance will provide a personalised and professional service to our customers.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about their work and can explore various options for our valuable clients beyond their expectations.
Monday to Friday 8am till 4pm (these hours can be flexible, as well as WFH options could be considered).
**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Coordinating deliveries with transport
- Liaising with customers and transport seamlessly
- Prepare customer orders in a proficient and accurate manner
- Prompt, accurate and 'live' order entry into SAP
- Manage customer expectations through accurate communication with internal and external stakeholders including any overflow from other regions
- Quality service in a courteous & professional manner to internal & external customers
- Be flexible with work hours to cover the role as required - be a team player
- Raise Purchase orders and arrange services for centre on a needs basis
- Log and follow-up customer complaints - (pricing, quality & service)
- Other SAP duties as they arise ie. notification's processing and maintenance
**About you**:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar customer service role
- SAP system knowledge (desirable)
- Highly organised, with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to deal with conflict resolution
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Computer literate knowledge of MS Office software
- Data Entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment
- You are a driven self-motivated individual
- Willing to travel to Albion Park, NSW to cover leave (around 2-3 times per year)
