Job Description:
This role is responsible for guiding a team of Implant Solutions Specialists to achieve defined net sales targets through the growth of existing accounts, expansion of the customer base, and increased utilisation of the product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership & Performance Management: Lead, plan, and oversee all sales activities within the region to meet defined sales objectives.
2. Customer Engagement: Build and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers of strategic importance to promote Straumann products.
3. Career Development: Coach and mentor sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, marketing initiatives, and promotional activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in healthcare sales leadership roles.
* Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
* Strong analytical skills and result-orientation.
* Excellent communication skills.
