Human Resources Specialist

St Vincent's Hospital, Lismore seeks an experienced Human Resources Specialist to lead recruitment activities and provide HR support to the Executive, Managers and employees of the organization. As a key member of the People and Culture team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have experience in using various recruitment tools and technologies, and be able to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

This is a full-time opportunity, based on-site at our St Vincent's Lismore campus. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
