We’re working with a well-established MSP based on the Gold Coast that’s looking for a IT Team Leader to drive service excellence, mentor a growing technical team, and take the reins on project delivery and client support.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading a small team of systems/network engineers across support and project functions
* Driving project implementation across Windows Server, networking, and cloud (primarily Microsoft 365/Azure)
* Acting as a technical escalation point for complex issues
* Overseeing BAU support, proactive monitoring, and service delivery for a diverse client base
* Collaborating with leadership to optimise workflows, SLAs, and client satisfaction
* Mentoring junior team members and promoting skills development
Key Skills & Experience
* Strong background in Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure
* Hands-on experience with virtualisation (Hyper-V or VMware) and networking (firewalls, switches, VLANs, etc.)
* MSP or multi-site client support experience is essential
* Proven ability to lead teams and manage priorities in a fast-moving environment
* Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
