Our client, a private school based in Kew, is looking to expand their IT Department with a Service Desk Analyst who thrives in a face-to-face environment. You will be providing support to staff, students and parents to resolve Level 1 and Level 2 issues. Due to their technology transformation, there are growth opportunities for this role and you'd get to work with cool gadgets
**Your new role**:
You'll be responsible for:
- inventory reviews of all end-use devices
- creating and maintaining knowledge base articles
- working within the ITIL framework
- being the point of contact for vendors/partners
**What you'll need to succeed**:
- 1 to 2 years of IT support
- be an expert in troubleshooting across various IT issues
- experience in Windows/Mac, Wifi/printer, Office 365/Teams, OneDrive and Office Suite
- have a friendly and approachable personality
- valid Employee Working with Children Check is a requirement of employment for this position
