They are currently investing in a major data and reporting uplift, aimed at improving how operational data is captured, analysed, and visualised to enable smarter, more informed decision‐making.
Job Description
Your role will be focused on but not limited to:
* Gather, analyse, and refine business and reporting requirements through stakeholder engagement
* Review existing reports and data sources to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and duplication
* Translate business needs into clear, structured functional specifications for Power BI dashboards
* Define and document metrics, calculations, and data definitions to ensure consistency
* Collaborate with data engineers and BI developers to support build and delivery
* Facilitate workshops and discussions to align stakeholders on reporting needs
* Support testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business expectations
* Act as a bridge between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
You will bring:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within data/reporting or analytics projects
* Strong experience in requirements elicitation and documentation
* Exposure to Power BI or business intelligence/reporting tools
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications
Nice to Have:
* Experience with data platforms or data warehousing (e.g. Databricks)
* Background working in Agile delivery environments
* Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
