Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated power industry professional to support our business development and growth activities. Working closely with senior leadership and the pre-contracts team, you will focus on driving revenue growth and managing client relationships within our Power Infrastructure business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through market research, promoting our services, and developing win strategies and proposals.
* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, including regulated, non-regulated, and private entities.
* Translate our vision and growth objectives into actionable plans.
* Support pre-contracts and estimating functions by defining and presenting our value proposition, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Deep understanding of the energy infrastructure sector in ANZ, with an established industry network and reputation.
* Leadership ability, effective communication, and influencing skills, with strong presentation capabilities.
* Knowledge of power industry standards and compliance requirements.
* A growth mindset with a proven track record of converting opportunities into successful outcomes.
