 
        
        This position is responsible for development and execution of internal communication plans. Overseeing the creation, distribution and archiving of all internal communications that is presented to the Subway system. Lead Incident Management Team. 
Responsible for development and execution of internal communication plans. Deliver effective, relevant and timely communications in vehicles such as STS, Subway Partners, Sandwich Artist News to constituents by creating and managing editorial content and processes, compelling headlines and layouts for various media. Provide direct consultation and content development support for the different departments to fulfill their team communication objectives. Responsible for country specific Subhub intranet content. 
Manage the research, writing, editing and reporting and processes to ensure that there is high level of output and consistent improvement. Track metrics that will help increase productivity and reader/viewership. 
Play an integral role in the development and execution of communications strategies for store level employees. Look to constantly improve Sandwich Artist News content and readership. Find new and innovative ways to reach store level employees. 
Lead Incident Management Team. Own the IMT process, work with all relevant parties to improve process while staying aligned with European wide process. Increase IMT awareness across the organization. Function as decision making team together with Country Director. 
Provide input on content and messaging for company events and presentations such as webcasts, conventions and meetings and video and employee communications. Work with HQ to coordinate video/media communication needed for conventions and field meetings. 
Work closely with PR Manager ensuring consistency on all internal and external messaging and identify cross-functional communications opportunities. 
Skills, Experience, Qualifications: 
Degree qualified in English, Journalism, Communications or Public Relations or similar. 
5+yrs experience in communications operations or QSR or Franchisee business models 
Robust written and verbal communication skills 
Ability to creat and publish relevant content, proactive or reactive 
Working with a variety of stakeholders to achive a common goal 
Self starter who can lead and provide advise using previous experience
