About the Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Remediation & AML professional to play a pivotal role in managing Financial Crime remediation and ensuring SkyCity Adelaide meets its regulatory obligations. In this role, you'll act as a subject matter expert across Financial Crime, customer intelligence, and regulatory compliance, contributing directly to day‐to‐day remediation operations, quality reviews, and analyst development. You'll work closely with a wide range of internal teams including Remediation, Financial Crime, Gaming, Host Responsibility, Surveillance, and senior leadership while also engaging with external regulatory and law enforcement bodies. As a key influencer in operational uplift, you'll help shape remediation outcomes that align with SkyCity's risk appetite and drive continuous improvement across both remediation and operational environments.
About You
You bring experience in quality assurance or the capability to quickly develop it, supported by knowledge of financial crime compliance, AML/CTF risks, and ideally casino operations. You are confident reviewing varied work types, preparing insights for senior stakeholders, validating data, and providing constructive feedback. Your ability to build strong relationships, support training, and contribute to process uplift positions you to enhance the organisation's remediation quality and operational integrity.
