Job Summary
This role oversees confidential and sensitive matters, providing high-quality advice, support, and coordination to senior management teams. The Senior Advisor manages regional coordination and response to complaints, ministerial correspondence, and executive requests in accordance with policy, procedure, and practice.
Main Responsibilities
* Support the coordination of ministerial correspondence and executive requests between the region and other units, ensuring quality assurance and compliance with relevant guidelines.
* Receive and document expressions of concern, enquiries, and feedback, assess and evaluate how best to respond to and manage information, identifying potential risk factors.
* Conduct timely investigations and reviews, incorporating well-developed analysis and informative findings and recommendations.
* Provide high-level support to the Regional Executive Leadership Team in planning, development, and coordination of communications and correspondence.
* Cultivate meaningful working relationships with colleagues and specialist practitioners to obtain advice and ensure timely resolution of complaints and matters referred for action.
* Develop and maintain systems, guidelines, rules, procedures, resources, and tools to support efficient responses.
* Perform ad-hoc duties consistent with the role's responsibilities as directed by the line manager or delegate.
* Enhance regional community service delivery and public administration through excellence and proactive identification of opportunities for improvement.
