About the Opportunity:
We are looking for experienced Pizza Chefs to join our team at Baby. Using the freshest seasonal produce and hand-sourced ingredients in a laidback setting, Baby is an effortless, all-day classic with a neighbourhood feel.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
* Minimum 1 year demonstrated experience as a Pizzaiolo / Pizza Chef
* Must be able to hand-stretch artisanal pizza dough
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery highly regarded
* Excellent communication and presentation
* Time management and organisational skills
* Italian cuisine knowledge and experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment is desirable
* Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
* Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
* Understanding food safety standards
* Must be able and willing to work rotating roster including weekend & public holiday
