**Location**: Fitzroy Production Kitchen, 400 Brunswick St, Fitzroy.
**Job Type**: Full-time/Part-time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Crafting and perfecting a diverse range of pastries including our signature doughnuts & scrolls.
- Upholding high standards of quality and consistency in all baked goods.
- Collaborating with the culinary team to innovate and develop new delicious offerings.
- Maintaining cleanliness and adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Leading and mentoring kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

**Requirements**:
- Professional qualification as a Pastry Chef.
- At least one year of experience in a commercial bakery or kitchen, preferred.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
- Must be eligible to work in Australia.
