Speech and Language Therapist Role
We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will have experience in working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a therapeutic setting.

Key Responsibilities:
* To provide direct and consultative services to adults and children with disabilities, along with their families and supporters.
* To conduct assessments and develop individualised therapy plans focused on personal goals and clear outcomes.
* To collaborate with other Allied Health professionals to deliver multidisciplinary care.
* To maintain thorough documentation of assessments, interventions, and therapy reports.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
* Current SPA registration.
* Demonstrated experience in working with individuals with disabilities.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on best practices in speech pathology.
