OverviewHealthcare Australia (HCA) is the leading healthcare recruitment solutions provider of nursing staff, aged/disability care workers and medical specialist placements in Australia with operations in every state and territory.As an Operations Consultant in our business you will have the important role to:Efficiently respond to inbound calls and emails from our healthcare clients to help them fill evening and overnight shifts (e.g. a Nursing Manager within a hospital) — ensuring satisfaction and a seamless placement process through effective communication and customer serviceContact our amazing nursing candidates – placing them into these evening/overnight shifts often at short noticeEnsure this process follows our required compliance (which we will train you on) and follows all legal and statutory requirementsThis role offers you 4–5 shifts per week (30 hours min) with a focus on afternoon and evening availability across 7 days a week.
You'll be part of a dedicated team that supports our healthcare clients with after-hours staffing needs (including weekends).
Your shift typically starts at 1:00 PM or 3:00 PM, so it's important that you're comfortable working exclusively during these times across a mix of weekdays and weekends.Let's talk about you!
Working within a tight knit team of Recruiters and other Operational Consultants we are looking for:Strong customer service and relationship management skills – from experience in a commercial call centre, sales or recruitment environment...bonus points if this is from multi-site service businesses or within target-driven environmentsGreat verbal communication skills as evidenced when we give you a call to discuss this role!
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExperience in scheduling staff (only desirable)Any understanding of the healthcare, nursing, or aged care sectors will put you at an advantage!
