Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards using fresh ingredients
* Make fresh salads and wet dishes that match our quality and taste.
* Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient meal preparation and service
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
* Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests
* Keep the kitchen organised and flowing smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
* Assist with stocking ingredients, ensuring everything is fresh and ready to go.
