What you'll be doing
Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.
About You
You are a dedicated and patient‑focused nursing professional with current registration through the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. You bring sound clinical knowledge and well‑developed practical skills, supported by a commitment to evidence‑based practice and continuous learning.
You demonstrate strong clinical problem‑solving abilities, enabling you to respond effectively to changing patient needs and deliver safe, high‑quality care. Your communication skills are a key strength — you confidently use clinical information systems and communicate clearly through written, verbal, and interpersonal interactions.
You work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, contributing to coordinated, outcome‑based care planning. Your approach is organised, compassionate, and adaptable, ensuring patients receive the best possible experience.
You are also flexible and reliable, willing to participate in a seven‑day rotating roster that includes night shifts, weekends, public holidays, and on‑call duties.

Salary will be accordance with NSW Health State Awards for the advertised classification/s. These awards are available at http://www.health.nsw.gov.au/careers/conditions/pages/default.aspx.
