ABOUT THE POSITION.
We are seeking a talented Experienced Graduate of Architecture with expertise in creating exceptional apartment designs, luxury housing, mixed-use or commercial buildings.
DUTIES.
- Feasibility studies, masterplanning, concept design, design development, and DA stage.
- Produce high-quality pre-construction documentation
- Contribute to floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
- Coordinate with structural, civil, and landscape consultants
- Client and Council Presentations
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture
- 3+ years experience in industry
- Revit competency with practical studio experience
- Experience on multi-residential projects
- Knowledge of local codes (ADG) and local experience
- Full working rights in Australia
