What You'll Do
* Support the Centre Manager and help lead an enthusiastic team
* Drive an exceptional learn‐to‐swim program
* Deliver standout customer experiences
* Maintain a safe, well‐run facility
* Build strong connections with the local community
* flexible in attendance across all shifts, including weekend and evening work
This is a full‐time role, paid at $33.31/hr (Level 7 Fitness Industry Award).
