**Job Title: Partner Communications Executive**

**Hybrid Work Environment - North Sydney Office**

**About the Role**

This role works closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and the Partnerships Manager to ensure the effective development and implementation of BWH Hotel Group Australasia's Partnerships Program. The focus of this role is improving communications with all key stakeholders - external partners, BWH hotels and internal departments. In addition, this role will assist the Partnerships Manager in execution of the Annual BWH Hotel Group Conference.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Communications**:

- Developing engaging monthly newsletters to hotels ensuring compelling design and optimal performance for partners
- Prepare & manage B2B promotion of partners via LinkedIn
- Managing web content on partnerships website including onboarding new partners
- Coordinating monthly newsletters to Partners
- Preparing and distributing the monthly hotel surveys to hotels
- Engaging /Following up with the hotels to ensure participation
- Prepare the results of the survey for the relevant partners
- Facilitate introductions between hotels and our partners, including new hotels

**Sales Support**:

- Plan and manage the design, content and production of sales materials (inhouse and with agencies)
- Assist with meeting schedules and communication follow up
- Maintain Partner Sales database with the Partnership Manager
- Schedule Partner presentations and brief the team on the partner presenting in advance
- Schedule Quarterly review meetings with partners
- Assist the hotels in onboarding partners
- Work with the Account Management and Revenue Management teams to increase engagement / participation in the programme.

**Conference Support**
- Site development with our Partner, registration and programme implementation with the team
- Pre-production and On-site support to Event / Partnerships Manager

**Analysis and Reporting**
- Monitoring and reporting Acoustic eDM platform analytics to maximise effect of campaigns and promotions
- Analysing and tracking program growth and engagement

**Essential Criteria**
- 3+ years demonstrated successful experience in communications or partnerships marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Creative and strategic thinker
- Basic/intermediate HTML code and Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Strong planning and organisational skills in a cross-functional environment
- Experience in stakeholder management

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
