We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Quality Improvement Manager.
About the Role
This is a highly rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role in Quality Improvement across Perth and Kinross. As a key member of the Education and Learning Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for providing strategic senior leadership, vision, and effective management for all aspects of education.
You will lead the Education Agenda in Perth and Kinross by working closely with other Service Managers within Education and Learning, and in collaboration with stakeholders from across the private, public, and third sectors. Your primary goal will be to ensure improved outcomes for children and people through system change and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic senior leadership and vision for Quality Improvement across Perth and Kinross.
* Lead the Education Agenda in Perth and Kinross in collaboration with other Service Managers and stakeholders.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to improve educational outcomes.
* Collaborate with school-based leaders and other officers to achieve best outcomes.
Requirements:
* Education to degree level or equivalent in an education discipline.
* Eligibility for full GTCS registration in either the Primary or Secondary sector.
* Senior leadership and management experience with a proven track record of positive outcomes for children and people.
* Sound knowledge of legislation and statutory duties in relation to educational developments and Scottish Government policy.
* Ability to translate strategic objectives into implementation and delivery of education services.
