A major bank in Sydney is seeking a Senior Engineer – M365 and Power Platform to join their collaboration team on a permanent basis. You will play a crucial role in governing the M365 service stack and Power Platform services at scale, especially in a complex, regulated setting. Your primary focus will be to ensure service standardization and develop patterns to enhance user experience with Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and other M365 services.
Responsibilities
* Lead the design and development of solutions within the M365 and Power Platform ecosystem, ensuring high standards of service and user experience.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
* Troubleshooting and Support: Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide advanced support for complex issues within the M365 and Power Platform services.
Key Skills / Experience
* Expertise in M365, CoPilot and Power Platform governance, ideally within the banking/financial services space.
* Solid expertise in automation tools, particularly Power Automate, and a deep understanding of Power Apps, Virtual Agents, and Power BI.
* Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.
* Excellent problem‐solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
