**The Opportunity**
The Art Director at Greenhouse partners with the Copywriter and other team members when required, to create impactful, modern creative solutions - ideas that are effective, strategic, agnostic and transformative for our clients' businesses.
The Art Director is largely responsible for the visual elements of the work in collaboration with a Copywriter, or other team members and Creative Directors.
The Art Director is expected to direct the look and feel of the work, from concept through production to completion.
**A snapshot of what you'll do**
- Responsible for the creation of advertising ideas across all media, in partnership with creative specialists in complementary disciplines.
- Work with craft design team to develop design solutions
- Manage integrated campaign production, including shoots
- Formulate layout design or presentation approach, and specify material details, such as style and size of type, photographs, graphics, animation, video and sound
- Build and nurturw positive working relationships within the Creative Department, and across the agency
- Plus much more!
**Skills & Attributes**
- At least 3+ years in an Art Director/Conceptual Designer role
- Expert knowledge of advertising principles
- High level of craft skills, delivering professional, high quality art direction for all media
- Professional knowledge of relevant software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of Advertising channels: TV, radio, print, sponsorships and other emerging media
- Creative thinker, able to create stunning content against tight deadlines if required; able to brief others to do the same and manage to ensure outcome of a high standard
