3.The company's services extend beyond traditional logistics, with offerings that include cross-border railway transportation, cold-chain logistics, and specialised solutions for high-tech sectors, retail, and fashion.

4. Due to strategic objective of ensuring the efficiency of product sales and marketability of goods and services, we are attempting to recruit an experienced and skilful Technical Sales Representative (Sales Support Specialist) to join our vibrant and collegial team. We offer a competitive remuneration packages ($85,000 to $90,000).
- Tertiary education in Bachelor degree is preferred.
- Experience in a similar position as a Technical Sales Representative.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Ability to navigate a fragmented market and pursue opportunities by focusing and carefully prioritising time to achieve sustained growth.
- Ability to relate and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional Presentation, Communication, and Analytical skills.
- Delivering the Apex online 3PL online seling platform.
- Maximising Apex national account programs.
- Proven high-quality Market Trend Analysis and Competitor Analysis to support sales strategy development.
- Thorough understanding of the work steps to conduct Customer Needs Assessment and Order Processing and Follow-up.
- Familiarise and know how to use Extensive 3PL Manager software system.
- A strong sense of accountability and a desire to accept responsibility for business outcomes, and a track record of working successfully with marketing, finance, and operations colleagues.

**Key Responsibilities of the role include but not limited to the following aspects**:

- Achievement of Sales and Profitability budgets for NSW team in the Lead Generation and Lead Management channels.
- Strategic planning and implementation of immediate and future 3PL partnership agreement and shipping sevice for key clients like A2 milk powder and Time to Save water heater and other related brands.
- Performing market trend analysis to monitor international trade regulations, tariff policies, and market dynamics, providing the Sales Director with the latest updates on these changes.
- Managing pricing, supply, stock availability, service levels, and after-sales or product information with the support of Customer Service Manager.
- Collaborating with customers to understand their logistics needs and recommend suitable customs clearance and delivery solutions.
- Coordinating Processing and Follow-up to ensure all orders are completed accurately and on time, providing customers with progress updates.
- Executing Merchandising and Promotional Programs.
- Preparation of quotations within established guidelines and policies.
- Positioning A2 Milk Powder and Time to Save water heater and managing important relationships with associates, reseller's distributors and contractors.
- Managing key relationships, presentations, service calls and new business proposals in conjunction with the national sales force.
- Compiling lists of prospective client busiess using Extensive 3PL Manager software and otther research-based resouces.
- Conducting Data Anaysis to analyze sales data and generate reports to support business decisions and identify opportunities for sales growth.
- Conducting Expense Management and Reporting to assist the Sales Director in managing related expenses and preparing reports to ensure transparency and efficiency in business operations.

**How to Apply?**

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
