Adecco is partnering with a high-profile Federal Government client who is seeking an APS6 Clinician.This role involves working within multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality mental health and wellbeing support to individuals. The position requires extensive knowledge and experience in psychology, social work, counseling, occupational therapy, or nursing to effectively build rapport with clients, understand their unique experiences, and work collaboratively to enhance their mental health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality clinical services including risk assessment, intervention, and case management
* Conduct reviews with clients to assess counseling progress and determine further needs
* Maintain confidential client files using the Client Management System, including session notes and care plans
* Schedule and attend Continuing Professional Development activities to maintain professional registration
* Liaise with clients' family members and additional treatment providers to coordinate care
Your Profile
* Excellent interpersonal skills with competency in trauma-informed, holistic, client-centered interventions
* Ability to complete clinically appropriate intake assessments and formulate risk assessments
* High level of written and verbal communication skills
* Sound judgment and ability to respond to critical incidents calmly and timely
* Excellent IT skills and ability to navigate IT equipment and software confidently
AUS citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a Working with Vulnerable People or Working with Children Check.
