* Outside sales of Domain/CoStar Group Property Data Solutions to the Financial Services Industry
* Focus on growth via new and existing business sales within the Bank, Mortgage Broker and Valuer market segments
* Work with a high‐performing team supported by pre‐ and post‐sales specialists

About the Role
As part of our Sydney‐based team of passionate property data salespeople, you will drive the opportunity to grow our market share in the Banking, Mortgage Broker and Valuation sector by establishing and expanding relationships in those markets.
You will deliver value through our unique property data solutions, including direct data feeds, the PriceFinder platform and Automated Valuation Models.
Success will be measured by continuous market and customer engagement through prospecting, relationship management, product demonstrations, training, data workshops and coordinating client or market events.
In a Typical Day You Can Expect To
* Grow and develop the sales pipeline to achieve individual sales targets through new business activity within your territory (prospecting, lead development) and engagement with clients in your book of business to renew and upsell data product subscriptions.
* Maintain best‐practice pipeline management, including accurate opportunity logging, qualifying leads within 48 hours and reporting pipeline performance at team sales pipeline meetings.
* Support go‐to‐market for new products or enhancements into your sales territory.
* Capture and deliver timely feedback on products from client and market engagement, supporting objection handling. Product feedback channels include CRM logs and regular product roadmap meetings.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain opportunity momentum and achieve quarterly goals (product specialists, pre/post‐sales specialists, operations/pricing, legal).
* Expand your knowledge to become the domain expert for property data solutions in your markets.
* Travel interstate to engage with your sales territory.
The Ideal Candidate
* 2+ years of B2B consultative or diagnostic sales and account management in data/SaaS, preferably within Financial Services.
* Strong ability to understand client requirements, diagnose problems and recommend relevant solutions through concise proposals.
* Excellent verbal communication and the ability to build rapport quickly with executive to technical stakeholders.
* Experience handling contract negotiations for new business and subscription renewals, and creating win‐win outcomes.
* Capacity to communicate opportunity use‐cases, internal governance requirements and relevant pricing.
* Enthusiasm for building lasting business relationships and growing target market share.
* Proficiency with a CRM to support sales activity, pipeline development and performance reporting.
Desirable
* Property data solution sales experience into the Australian Financial Services market.
* Direct experience in the Australian property market at a lending, valuation or mortgage broking company.
