**About the Role**:
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Upkeep of grounds and gardens
- Maintenance tasks across all park assets and facilities
- Support and develop the team
- Delivering exceptional guest experience
- Front Office administration
- Ensure the Park is compliant with all safety and brand standards
- Daily park operational tasks including after hours/on call cover
- Pool maintenance and testing
**What we look for**:
- Previous experience in grounds keeping and property maintenance essential - a specific trade would be advantageous
- Sound computer skills
- Ability to safely operate groundskeeping equipment
- Excellent time management skills
- Great communication and relationship building skills
- Pool maintenance experience would be advantageous
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work across a 7 day roster including 'On-call' shifts
- Current drivers licence essential
This is in live in position at Discovery Parks Woodman Point with shifts covering both the Woodman Point and Coogee Beach parks.
