Job Title: ERP Business Analyst – Manufacturing & Supply Chain
The Role
As an ERP Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring ERP systems effectively support manufacturing and supply chain processes.
You will analyse business requirements, design solutions, and assist in implementing ERP functionalities that drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across manufacturing and supply chain functions.
Translate business needs into functional ERP solutions.
Conduct process mapping and identify opportunities for optimisation within ERP workflows.
Liaise between business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful ERP implementation and upgrades.
Support testing, training, and change management activities.
Assist in data analysis, reporting, and ensuring data integrity within ERP systems.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as an ERP Business Analyst in manufacturing and/or supply chain environments.
Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes in manufacturing and supply chain.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders.
Experience in requirements gathering, process documentation, and functional specification preparation.
Familiarity with system testing, training, and support processes.
Nice to Have
Experience with ERP implementations or upgrades (any major ERP platform).
Knowledge of inventory, production planning, logistics, or procurement processes.
