These roles offer the opportunity to work on major civil infrastructure, road construction, and quarry projects, including DIDO arrangements as required. We are looking for individuals who can lead teams, manage operations safely, and deliver high-quality results in both remote and dynamic environments.
The Mobile Crusher Supervisor oversees the safe and efficient operation of mobile crushing and screening plant across quarry and project sites. This role requires supervising operators and labourers, managing plant performance, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring production targets are met. The supervisor will work closely with project and quarry managers to ensure smooth operations in DIDO and remote locations. As a supervisor you will also be required to be hands on.
The Civil Construction Supervisors are responsible for the day-to-day management of civil construction projects, including infrastructure and roadworks. The role involves supervising site crews, coordinating labour and plant, ensuring compliance with WHS and company policies, and liaising with management to achieve operational objectives. This position requires hands-on leadership, strong organisational skills, and a focus on safety, quality, and team development. As a supervisor you will also be required to be hands on.
Essential certifications include White Card (Construction Induction) which must be held at the time of application, All relevant RII Tickets (Loader, Excavator, Skid Steer, etc.), First Aid (desirable), Supervisor training (desirable), certificate 3 in civil construction
