About the Program
Safer Care Victoria is collaborating with Local Health Service Networks through the "Safer Together Program" which aims to ensure health services in the network provide safe, high‐quality care to patients whilst supporting continuous improvement in health care.
We are seeking a Safer Together Program Improvement Lead to be part of the Safer Together Team in Hume. Reporting to the Safer Together Program Coordinator, each Improvement Lead will play a key role in actioning the program's priorities whilst fostering collaboration through effective working relationships with Hume Region Health Services.
Improvement Leads will be highly skilled in directing quality clinical improvement, problem solving, quality design and change management, with great communication skills and a passion for safe patient care.
Key Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in a field related to health administration, medicine, nursing, midwifery, paramedicine, pharmacy or allied health.
* Previous experience in health‐related training and change management, including knowledge, understanding and significant experience working in the health care system.
* Specialised knowledge resulting from experience in health service management, with the ability to lead complex transformations in healthcare environments.
* Demonstrated project management or project coordination experience defining objectives, planning and monitoring performance to achieve the stated objectives.
