YOUR ROLE
As a Specialist in the Employee Relations Policy & Governance team, you will offer reliable advice on employee relations that complies with Australian law.
In this role, you’ll also lead key workstreams within strategic ER projects, including but not limited to wage compliance, following the agreed project delivery methods and people engagement practices. Additionally, you'll ensure quality by monitoring progress, reporting, tracking, and managing risks.
This is a permanent opportunity based in Gadigal Country (Sydney).
ABOUT YOU

Proven experience as an ER practitioner in a complex commercial organization, preferably across multiple jurisdictions, including work with complex clients, advice, and employment arrangements.
Experience in payroll wage compliance initiatives to ensure employee entitlements are compliant with industrial instruments.
Experience in project and change management, including cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
Experience working in an agile environment, exercising good judgment with incomplete information.
Strategic and pragmatic mindset – able to anticipate issues and actively resolve them.
Ability to influence stakeholders at various organizational levels.
Proven ability to stay updated on external changes and translate them into internal practices.
