Job Overview
The Executive Construction Director role involves leading the construction delivery functions across the organization. This position requires a strong background in civil, structural, modular / prefabricated, and remote-area construction.
* Direct multi-disciplinary teams in Design, Engineering, Estimating, Planning & Scheduling, Procurement, QA / QC, HSE, Project Controls, and Construction Delivery.
* Review and approve technical submissions, methodologies, drawings, QA / QC documentation, and ITPs.
* Drive innovation and efficient modular / prefabricated construction solutions.
* Represent the organization at client meetings, workshops, and project reviews.
* Evaluate alignment between client expectations, design specifications, and internal execution.
* Oversee operations from design to commissioning.
* Lead Project Managers, Engineering Managers, Construction Managers, QA / QC, HSE, and site teams.
* Ensure disciplined delivery to schedule, budget, safety, and quality KPIs.
* Develop tender strategies, risk assessments, and pricing tactics.
* Maintain a rigorous QA / QC and HSE culture across all projects and departments.
* Implement root-cause analyses, corrective action plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
