Support Worker
Play a vital role in offering essential care and support, assisting adults with disabilities by helping them with personal care and daily living skills.
Key responsibilities include planning and attending appointments and social activities for community engagement and skill development, completing daily case notes, incident reports and administrative tasks.
* Qualifications:
* Relevant experience in a care or support role.
* A current NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to drive.
* A valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
* A paid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
* A National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC).
* Willingness to consent to being listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
