The Ideal Candidate
* Must possess a degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Psychology
* Hold registration with ASORC, AASW or AHPRA
* Have full working rights and an Australian Driver's Licence

* Assess and guide career transitions for injured individuals
* Craft meaningful assessments and recovery plans that build resilience and drive results
* Work closely with health professionals and employers to deliver smart, personalised solutions
* Manage a diverse caseload including RTW plans, assessments, health coaching, and EAP services
* Deliver services from workplaces – spotting challenges, sparking change, and championing safer environments
