Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrator.

* Key Responsibilities:
* To provide administrative support including communications, reporting, records management, procurement, accounts and travel arrangements
* General office coordination and ensuring the induction and integration of new team members
* Maintaining filing systems and databases to ensure compliance
* Assisting with correspondence, reports and publications relevant to operations
* Processing expenses, invoices and timesheets in a timely manner
