Account Manager Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Account Manager to oversee the growth and development of our existing retail and buying group network across Northern Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and nurture relationships with our current portfolio of electrical retailers
* Onboard and mentor new independent accounts to ensure their success and alignment with our business goals
* Meet monthly and quarterly sales & distribution targets (key performance indicators provided)
* Conduct in-store training sessions for retail sales staff on product features, benefits, and promotions
* Plan and execute engaging in-store displays, promotions, and local area marketing initiatives
* Maintain visually appealing floor displays and update point-of-sale materials
* Attend weekend and evening retail events/trade shows as required to stay informed and connected with our partners
* Provide regular updates on field intelligence to our National Management Team
* Regular travel within the region is expected
