What You'll Bring
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Aged Care management
* Robust, supportive leadership skills with a hands‐on approach
* Demonstrated ability to drive quality outcomes and nurture a positive team culture
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‐solving abilities
* Flexibility to meet operational needs, including occasional shift support
* High levels of organization, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement
* Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
* Current National Police Clearance and NDIS clearance (or willing to obtain)
