About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated culinary expert to join our team at Kolan Gardens Aged Care. This permanent part-time position requires someone who is passionate about creating delicious meals and providing exceptional care to our residents.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals, maintaining safe food hygiene practices and kitchen safety, and ensuring that all culinary tasks are completed to a high standard.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have strong knowledge of safe food hygiene practices and kitchen safety, as well as basic computer skills. A current Police Check and valid Australian Work Rights are also essential requirements.
Desirable Qualifications
While not essential, having one year's experience as a commercial cook, basic computer skills, including Outlook and Internet Explorer, and ability to undertake basic record keeping would be highly desirable.
