Job Opportunity
Due to growth, the Faculty of Education is hiring for positions at academic levels A (Associate Lecturer) and B (Lecturer) in Early Childhood Education.
As an Associate Lecturer, you will inspire students, design learning activities, and innovate teaching methods under senior guidance. Your goal is to foster student growth.
As a Lecturer, you will impact student learning through student-centered teaching, curriculum development, and research aligned with faculty priorities.
Candidate Profile
We seek innovative early to mid-career academics experienced in tertiary teaching in early childhood education, utilizing active, flexible, and online learning approaches.
At the Associate Lecturer level, contribute to teaching and research activities. At the Lecturer level, lead curriculum design and evaluation. Experience with international students and work-integrated learning is advantageous but not essential.
Salary and Benefits
Two full-time, fixed-term (24 months) positions are available at campuses in Gold Coast, Lismore, or Coffs Harbour, with consideration for Perth, Melbourne, or Sydney. Relocation support is available.
* Level A: $78,287 – $105,224 + 17% superannuation (total up to $123,112)
* Level B: $110,611 – $130,814 + 17% superannuation (total up to $153,052)
