Define and provide strategic architectural direction to ensure effective adoption and optimisation of the ServiceNow platform in line with Enterprise Service Management goals.
Establish and maintain the platform roadmap, including capability uplift initiatives, innovation planning, and alignment to industry standards and best practices.
Develop, document, and govern architectural standards, leading technical design reviews and governance forums to ensure architectural integrity.
Produce detailed end-to-end solution designs for new modules, enhancements, and integrations.
Facilitate workshops and technical discovery sessions to support scoping of complex initiatives, with particular emphasis on data architecture and integration flows.
Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, including executive sponsors, product owners, and service managers, to align technical outcomes with strategic business priorities.
Support business development initiatives by contributing architectural input to tenders, demonstrations, and solution proposals.
About You
You are a senior ServiceNow specialist with a strong blend of technical depth and strategic advisory capability. You bring expertise in CSDM, platform governance, and data architecture, and are comfortable translating complex technical constructs into clear business value for executive audiences.
You possess the presence and communication skills to operate confidently at senior stakeholder level, while maintaining strong technical credibility across architecture, security domains, instance strategy, and data structures.
