Job Description We are currently seeking a Part Time Cook to join the professional and dynamic kitchen team. You will be working mainly the breakfast shift starting at 6am, preparing & serving food for the hotel buffet breakfast and assisting in food prep for our all day dining menu. There may be opportunities to cover other shifts for conferences or dinner as required. This is a great role for someone studying cookery and wanting some experience in a kitchen or for an experienced cook wanting some extra hours. Key responsibilities include but not limited to: Prepare, cook and serve food for the breakfast buffet showing variety and flair Ensure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage following stock control procedures Ensure AllSafe protocols are followed Keep all working areas clean and tidy. Cook is required to wash all dishes during service Ensure all equipment is maintained, serviced and cleaned. Report any problems to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager.
