Job Description:
The Operations Support Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support to the NSW operations team. The successful candidate will have experience in coordinating people, processes, and projects, and will be able to work closely with local and national teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong administration and operations skills, as well as a high level of organisation, attention to detail, and time management. The successful candidate will be proactive, solution-focused, and have excellent communication skills.
In this role, you will assist in maintaining rosters and timesheets, coordinating workforce planning for major shutdowns, and assisting with accounts payable and purchase orders. You will also be responsible for establishing appropriate systems and required procedures for the new business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong administration and operations experience
* High level of organisation, attention to detail, and time management
* High level of computer software skills & use of the Microsoft Office Suite
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
