About the Role
We're looking for a Property Manager Assistant to join our fun, supportive team to assist with the day to day operations of Property Management!
* Full-time role Monday to Friday
* Assisting the Property Management team with conducting Routine Inspections, Property Condition Reports & Final Bond Inspections
* Typing the reports for the above inspections
* Completing administrative tasks for the portfolio
* Lease and document preparation
* Liaising & working with the Property Manager on a daily basis
* Conducting viewings on properties for lease
* Effective management of your daily calendar
* Well-articulated processes, procedures, and checklists
* Company car for work related travel
The Ideal candidate
* Experience is desired but not essential
* Effective and efficient time management skills
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technology
* Work well autonomously as well as positively contribute to maintaining a good team culture
* Exceptional communication and organisational skills
* Immaculate and professional personal presentation
* Hold a valid driver's license
