This role is ideal for someone who is ready to move and expand into the corporate L&D space. You'll bring your compliance know-how admin strengths, analytical thinking to support the client in not just administering learning, but helping them shape how their people learn, develop, and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
* L&D Program Support: Coordinate, administer, and support the client's learning programs, ensuring smooth scheduling, communication, and record-keeping.
* LMS Administration: Manage end-to-end learning activities in SuccessFactors LMS, including assigning courses, troubleshooting issues, and producing compliance and training reports.
* Compliance & Standards: Ensure all training activities align with AQF and internal compliance requirements.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with the client's stakeholders to ensure learning needs are met and processes run smoothly.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline, simplify, and improve L&D administration and processes.
* Resource & Communication Management: Handle multiple priorities including inbox traffic, training documentation, and resource updates with accuracy and efficiency.
