Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to oversee administrative support across various departments in our fast-paced meat processing environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, managing office systems, coordinating internal and external communications, and assisting with payroll, invoicing, and logistics tracking.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Proven experience in office administration or management
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality

About the Role

This is a key position in maintaining efficient operations across all departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Providing administrative support to Sales, Finance, HR, Procurement, and Logistics teams
2. Managing office systems, documentation, and daily operations
3. Coordinating internal and external communications
4. Assisting with payroll, invoicing, purchase orders, and logistics tracking
5. Supporting recruitment and HR documentation processes
6. Maintaining confidential records and compliance documents
7. Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
