Summary
As the Bartender, you are responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures. Your focus on cleanliness, efficiency, and exceptional guest service contributes to a high-quality guest experience and the smooth operation of the beverage department.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
* Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture.
* Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and procedures, while also providing food and beverage service in accordance with venue standards when working in restaurant or lounge environments that offer food items.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, including bar tops, and line equipment.
* Refill and stock garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies.
* Follow proper cash handling, comp, and POS (Info Genesis) procedures.
* Maintain sound and music levels as directed by management.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
* Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* 1 year of bartending experience in a high-volume bar.
* Basic knowledge of common drink recipes and proper pour measurements.
* Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
* Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment.

* At least 21 years of age.
* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal.
* Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
* Verify right to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements
* Regularly push/pull up to 50lbs.
