Who you are
Passionate about food, wine & hospitality. Self-motivated, professional, with a strong attention to detail. Thrives working as part of a team in a fast-paced, detail orientated environment. Well-presented and punctual.
What we are looking for
2 years + working as a Sommelier in a hatted, fine dining restaurant. Great knowledge of food, beverages, and wine. Excellent customer service skills. Strong communication and organizational skills. WSET L2 or above, or CMS equivalent. Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure. Hold a valid RSA. Have full Australian working rights. Available to work nights and weekends.
